Storing

Mushrooms need to be refrigerated continually to maintain quality. Store mushrooms in their original packaging or in a porous paper bag for prolonged shelf-life, avoiding plastic bags as that encourages spoilage. Shelf-life varies depending on the mushroom type:

White Button: 7-9 days

Portabella: 9-11 days

Baby Bella: 7-9 days

Oyster: Up to 7 days

Shiitake: Up to 14 days
